Admission Procedure


When to Apply


The admission process for the new academic year (for Play School to Class XII) starts on 15th January every year.


Available Streams in Class XI


  • Science: PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
  • Commerce

Steps to Apply


  • Collect the Prospectus: Visit the school office in January to collect the prospectus.
  • Fill Out the Application Form: Complete the application form provided in the prospectus.
  • Submit the Form: Submit the filled form to the Admission In-charge along with the following documents:

      Photographs:

      • One colored passport-size photo each of the mother and father.
      • Two colored passport-size photos of the child.
    • Birth Certificate: A photocopy of the child's birth certificate.
    • Transfer Certificate: The original Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate, duly attested (and countersigned if from another state).
    • Last Exam Marks Sheet: A photocopy of the original marks sheet from the last exam passed.
    • Transfer Proof (For Direct Admission to Classes X & XII):
      • Parent’s Transfer Order/Shifting Proof.
      • Registration Card/LOC page.
      • Affidavit regarding shifting proof.
  • Confirm Admission: Admission will be confirmed once the first installment of the fee (for April-June) is paid.

Selection Criteria

  • Written Test: After collecting the prospectus, parents will receive a tentative date for the written test or interactive session for their child.
  • Test Date: A common date will be set for the written test. Parents will be informed of the results and whether their child qualifies for admission.
